We have a housewife who loves to study baked goods, a chef who has more than 40 years of experience in making desserts, and a friend who likes art and creation. Three friends with completely different backgrounds and personalities walked together because of a common belief. Our vision is to promote Hong Kong's food and culture, so that friends all over the world can taste our carefully researched food and understand Hong Kong's cultural history.
Since 2013, "Taste a Cookie" has been continuously improving, and has produced baked goods without additives and preservatives for friends.
Our Story
Ada is a housewife who likes to make food. Since 2013, she has been learning and delving into different desserts and baked goods. She concentrates on learning from dessert chefs, communicating with friends, and tasting her products for family and friends. After countless times After many attempts, she finally developed a variety of unique flavors of cookies.
Ada's cookies do not add additives or preservatives. They use butter produced in New Zealand and high-quality ingredients from all over the world. They are low in sugar and handcrafted. Friends who like to eat cookies can't stop eating.
In 2023, Ada decided to make "Taste a Cookie" with his family and good friends. We hope that through our efforts, we can share the most delicious cookies with you. One of the characteristics of our cookies is that they are smaller in size. The whole cookie can be easily eaten in one bite, so you can try our variety of flavors.
