1. What payment methods can we provide?
Our online store uses Paypal's regular payment system as a transaction platform, which is safe and reliable. Accept VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay and AE.

Please note: All product prices are calculated in Hong Kong dollars, and all product prices are subject to the date of order.

2. If the purchased product is shipped overseas, does the payment include taxes and local fees?
Because there is no retail tax in Hong Kong, our product prices do not include taxes. If relevant taxes or other fees are payable locally, customers must bear and deal with these fees.

For overseas delivery services, we generally ship the goods to areas outside Hong Kong through the Hongkong Post, and the relative shipping charges will be charged according to different areas.

3.   How to get free shipping service?

Customers can enjoy free local delivery service upon purchase over HK$300 in our online store. If the specified amount is not purchased, a flat fee of $30 will be charged.

4. How long does it take to receive the goods after successful purchase?

Our general delivery takes about 3 working days (the delivery time may be longer before and after special holidays). Currently, we use SF Express to deliver the goods. They can provide fast and high-quality delivery services. Customers will receive SF Express to contact us at that time Confirm delivery time.

When the purchase is successful, we will send you an email with the SF Express tracking number for delivery.

5. Where does the delivery service cover?

Basically, it can be delivered to any place that SF Express can reach. If the order is confirmed and found to be outside the delivery range of SF Express, we will contact the customer as soon as possible, and the customer can request a refund.

6. What can I do if the delivery information is wrong or there is a problem with the product?

When the customer requests to change the delivery time or address during delivery, we will reserve the right to charge additional fees for rescheduling delivery services and other related fees.

7. If the product is damaged, the product and quantity do not match, can I request a return?

Instructions for return

 1. After receiving the goods, please check whether the goods are complete, and you must keep

the documents or order emails for your records. If you find a problem, you can handle the return

within 7 days after signing the goods, and it will not be accepted after the deadline.

 2. All goods must be returned in their original form, that is, in the form of packaging and card

labels. If the goods have been damaged, modified or damaged, no refund will be given. You are

responsible for keeping the goods before we receive the return, please handle them carefully.
